Shipping Policy – Ember Adventure Gear

At Ember Adventure Gear, we’re committed to getting your camping and outdoor gear to you quickly, securely, and at the best possible rates. Below is our shipping policy, which adheres to Western Australian regulations. 

1. Shipping Locations We currently ship Australia-wide, including regional and remote areas. However, some bulky or hazardous items may have restrictions based on carrier limitations. 

2. Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping (Australia Post, Couriers , or similar) – Estimated 3-10 business days depending on location.
• Express Shipping – Estimated 1-5 business days for metro areas; remote locations may take longer.
• Freight for Bulky Items – Some large or heavy items may require special shipping via freight carriers. Delivery times vary based on your location. Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

After dispatch, delivery times are determined by the courier / Australia Post. Ember cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination
• Express shipping incurs an additional fee based on your location and order size. 

5. Western Australia Regional & Remote Shipping We proudly ship to regional and remote areas across WA. However:

Deliveries to remote locations (e.g., Pilbara, Kimberley) may take longer. 
• Some remote areas may have limited carrier services, requiring alternative delivery methods.
• Bulky or hazardous goods may have restricted delivery options in certain regions.

6. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
• If your order is significantly delayed, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping provider first. With your Tracking Number. 
• If your package is lost or hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at sales@emberadventuregear.com.au and we will assist with locating your order. 

8. Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged: 
We dispatch all orders promptly. Once your parcel has left our facility, it is in the care of the courier, and Ember cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.

 9. International Shipping At this time, we only ship within Australia. 

10. We do our best to ship every order within our stated processing time frames.
However, we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date or holiday period, and we’re not able to offer refunds based on personal timing expectations outside our published shipping policy. If timing is critical, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll always be upfront about what’s possible.
